Taylor Psirogianes MS, OTR/L, CPT
Taylor Psirogianes, MS, OTR/L, is a highly skilled occupational therapist at Maxim Physical Therapy in Morristown, New Jersey. She specializes in maximizing function and independence, as well as reducing acute and chronic pain for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Taylor has a particular expertise in treating conditions of the brachial plexus and upper extremity, tailoring her therapeutic approach to address the unique needs of these complex areas.
Taylor earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University. While pursuing her degree, she worked as a personal trainer and taught group fitness classes, combining her knowledge of movement and fitness with her passion for helping others. Her interest in occupational therapy began while working with veterans, leading her to complete extensive volunteer hours at the Veterans Administration and Connecticut Hospice. These experiences solidified her commitment to supporting individuals in achieving their highest quality of life.
Taylor began her academic journey at Fairfield University, where she was a Division 1 soccer player. Her background in athletics sparked an interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation, which now informs her work in treating patients with active lifestyles. Her clinical experience includes providing occupational therapy services to individuals of all ages with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Taylor is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and the American Heart Association in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/BLS/CPR/AED. She is also a NASM-certified personal trainer (CPT) and nutrition coach, further enhancing her ability to guide patients in achieving their wellness and fitness goals. Taylor is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their functional goals, manage pain effectively, and return to the activities they love.
Outside of her professional life, Taylor enjoys staying active with her golden doodles, mentoring young athletes, and spending time with her family and friends.
